Delete my account
This cannot be undone.
What is removed
- Your account: your email address, your password, your username and your name.
- Your profile, your profile picture and your settings.
- The link to your Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in.
- Every sign-in on every device.
- Your friends list, your blocks, and your private notes about other players.
- The direct messages you sent and received.
- Your saved analyses, lessons, folders and lesson progress, and the pictures, sound and video you uploaded for them.
- Your own list of the boards you have played.
- Your Elo ratings and their history, your master points, and your BC$ balance.
What is kept, and why
- Boards other people played with you. A board belongs to all four players, so it stays in the others' history and in tournament and match results. Your name on it is no longer linked to an account; it is shown as “Deleted player”.
- A lesson you published is removed with the rest. If other players are using it and you would like it kept, write to us before you delete your account.
- Records we need for a short time to deal with a report or a breach of the terms already under way.
- Backups made by our hosting and database providers, which expire on their own schedule.
If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple, deleting your Bridge Club account does not change your account at that company.
